Warehouse Supervisor

MUST HAVE'S

• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to supervise and motivate a small team

NICE TO HAVE'S

• Previous experience handling medical supplies or waste
• Knowledge of cold-chain logistics
• Health and safety awareness in warehouse settings

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Supervise a team of 2-3 part-time warehouse staff
• Manage all warehouse procedures including goods in/out and stock rotation
• Oversee stock management and conduct stock takes
• Pick and pack items for delivery
• Receive and dispose of used flu boxes and medical waste safely
• Coordinate with courier and transport partners for logistics
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Liaise with the administrative team based in a different location
