We're committed to supporting flexible ways of working and are open to discussing hybrid working arrangements for this role. A balance of office and home working can be agreed to support both business needs and individual flexibility.

You Will

  • Support the smooth flow of inbound goods into our distribution centres
  • Work with customs teams to help resolve documentation and clearance issues
  • Monitor DC receipt processes, escalating issues to operations and IT teams as needed
  • Help drive fulfilment and delivery performance in line with agreed standards
  • Act as a point of escalation for distribution centres, internal customers and 3PL partners
  • Support customer communications relating to fulfilment, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly
  • Work with 3PL and carrier partners to keep shipment information accurate and timely
  • Support the Logistics Manager with performance reviews and improvement plans
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across 3PLs, logistics teams and head office
  • Provide insight & advice to head office on logistics matters, supporting decisions on service and cost

You Are

  • Experienced in logistics or supply chain, with a good grasp of end-to-end flows
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive problem solver, comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • Confident engaging with service providers to ensure agreed standards are met
  • A strong communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled at building relationships across teams and with external partners
  • Methodical and accurate, with the curiosity to ask why when something doesn’t look right
