LETTINGS & FACILITIES ASSISTANT - Part-time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and committed colleague to join our ambitious school, in a supportive environment.
Duties
• To look after school lettings, ensuring the building is clean, tidy and well maintained
• To be responsible for the opening and closing school facilities for lettings
• To act as a key holder with locking up duties for the school and to remain onsite throughout customer bookings
• To carry out vital checks as necessary and light cleaning/tidying after lettings
• The setting up and clearing away of sports equipment, tables and chairs and other porterage as required
• To provide great customer service and communication to customers hiring facilities
• To ensure that facilities and school premises are serviced and undertake any cleaning tasks as directed.
