Scooping Supervisor - Weekends

Winstones Ice Cream is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Scooping Supervisor to join our team.

This is a fantastic weekend role for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to take responsibility for running a busy ice cream scooping operation.

The role

* Saturday & Sunday
* 9:00am – 5:30pm
* 8 hours paid work per day
* Weekend position

Key responsibilities

* Supervise and support the scooping team.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Serve our Ice Cream to a high standard.
* Manage queues and busy periods.
* Organise team duties and breaks.
* Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Monitor stock and ensure the scooping area is well presented.

* Confident leading a small team
* Customer-focused
* Organised and responsible
* Comfortable working in a busy environment

Previous hospitality, retail or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
