Job title: Field Care Supervisor
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 (Plus on-call allowance)
Post: Full time
Location: Field based in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Berkeley
About the role As a field care supervisor, you will travel throughout the area. Visiting our Care Workers in our Service User homes, completing spot checks and medication & manual handling competencies.
What you will be doing
· Carry out duties to enable BHC to continue to comply with and meet all standards relevant to national regulation and local authority requirements.
· Carry out competency checks on new and existing Care Workers.
· Carry out follow-up client reviews.
· Participate in rostered on-call.
What we need from you
· Previous experience of Social Care, as a Supervisor or Assessor.
· Previous care role experience.
· Be able to work under pressure, priorities and stick to deadlines.
· Have excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
· Full driving licence and access to own vehicle is required for this position.
· Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
