Warehouse Supervisor

MUST HAVE'S
Experience in warehouse or logistics environment
Organised and detail-oriented
Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Willingness to learn new systems
Ability to supervise and motivate a small team

NICE TO HAVE'S
Previous experience handling medical supplies or waste
Knowledge of cold-chain logistics
Health and safety awareness in warehouse settings

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Supervise a team of 2-3 part-time warehouse staff
Manage all warehouse procedures including goods in/out and stock rotation
Oversee stock management and conduct stock takes
Pick and pack items for delivery
Receive and dispose of used flu boxes and medical waste safely
Coordinate with courier and transport partners for logistics
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Liaise with the administrative team based in Manchester
