What skills and experience we're looking for

We'd love to hear from someone who:

• Has good verbal communication skills and is able to communicate clearly.

• Has a basic level of numeracy and literacy

• Has resilience to work in times of adverse weather conditions e.g. during periods of supervision outside in the playground, there is potential for exposure to heat and cold which on occasions, may be higher than normal

• Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities

Mary Elton Primary School is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant (MDSA) to join our dedicated team. This role is about much more than supervising lunchtime; it is about helping to create a safe, happy and inclusive environment where children can enjoy their break, build friendships and feel supported.
