Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a dynamic team within the painting and decorating sector? We are seeking a commercially minded professional to manage projects across Bristol and the surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor in our painting division, you will:
- Oversee the financial and contractual aspects of painting projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and valuations.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project progress to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within painting, decorating, or related trades.
- Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
