Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. We carry out construction work all over the Cotswolds on multiple and diverse properties.

Previous experience would be essential to this role.

The main duties to this role would include:

• Measuring jobs using various Building M&E schedule of rates
• Management and pricing of time and materials contracts
• Management of subcontractors
• Assisting in Bill of Quants / variations / valuations
• Client liaison, contract review meetings and dispute resolution
• Assisting project managers with the job specification, parameters to site staff and engineers, identification of variations and final account negotiations.

Driving licence is essential.
