Actual Salary: £19,048.44 - £19,350.73What skills and experience we're looking for
- Has a good standard of education (5 x GCSE’s – English and Maths C or above) or equivalent qualification/experience (e.g. substantial experience as a Teaching Assistant).
- Has an understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these
- Has an understanding of principles of child development and learning processes and in particular, barriers to learning
- Is able to plan and implement effective actions for pupils at risk of underachieving,
- Is a natural communicator with the ability to relate to both pupils and adults.
