Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

The role will be based in our Reintegration Room (RR) HUB and CHoiceS and focussed on supporting
our students to access the bespoke curriculum and programme of personal development to support
their transition back into main school lessons. We are looking for someone who will be able to build
strong and effective relationships with a range of young people and have a passion for supporting
the personal and academic development of our students.
You will work collaboratively within RR, the Hub and CHoiceS teams, and the role will involve
working with students in Years 7-11. You will have experience of working with people in a supportive
role with a strong desire to see people succeed.
Chosen Hill School is a thriving comprehensive academy, judged good by Ofsted in all categories. It
is a large, popular and successful 11-18 Academy School situated in Churchdown halfway between
Cheltenham and Gloucester. We have around 1350 students on roll, of which 200 are in the Sixth
Form. Chosen Hill is a happy school, where students, staff and parents work closely in partnership.
