Dinglewell Infant School is a large infant school based in Hucclecote. The Head Teacher seeks to appoint an outstanding, calm, resilient and self-motivated professional to the post of SEND Teaching Partner/Midday Supervisor.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working with children with SEN. Is able to devise and implement learning and social intervention strategies both 1:1 and in small groups. Is a team player with a high level of commitment, sensitivity and initiative.
Is able to accelerate children's progress whilst providing a caring, safe and supportive environment. Is able to build honest and positive relationships with children, parents and the wider team. Is able to demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of our school.
Have a positive approach, excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour.
25.58 hours per a week (M-F 8:40am-3.15pm)
Midday Supervisor
5 hours per a week (M-F 12.30pm-13.30pm)
Grade 2 (pts 4) £25,940 pa Pro Rata
Interviews will be held on Thursday 4th June 2026.
Appointments to the school are made with reference to the latest safeguarding guidance and Keeping Children Safe in Education and will involve additional safeguarding checks including DBS checks and references.
