We are looking for teaching assistants to work 5 days a week or part time. Supporting Children with severe learning difficulties. You must be prepared to work in any area of this 2-19 Special School. You will work with individual children, small groups, and provide other classrooms support as required. You may have to deal occasionally with behaviours that cause concern and may need to swim regularly with pupils. Some of our pupils require support with personal care.
Experience of working with children in an educational setting is desireable, as are good literacy and numeracy skills, to at least GCSE Grade C or eqivalent.
