We are delighted to be expanding our team and are seeking enthusiastic, committed full-time colleagues to join us from September 2026. These roles involve supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school day, while contributing to the wider life of our vibrant school community. Some opportunities may be available to start earlier during the summer term.

In addition to providing strategic classroom support, there will be opportunities to work within our well-established wraparound care provision and our engaging lunchtime OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) programme.

We are recruiting for both permanent and fixed-term positions. Working hours will vary, with some roles starting at 8:00am and others finishing at 5:30pm. Specific hours will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Our new colleagues will:
• Hold (or be willing to work towards) a relevant Level 3 qualification and have experience supporting children
• Support pupils’ learning effectively in the classroom
• Work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality provision
• Build positive, nurturing relationships with children
• Contribute to a safe, engaging and inclusive environment
• Be flexible and willing to support across the school day
• Contribute to wraparound care and/or OPAL provision (where appropriate)

Referees will be asked about any disciplinary offences relating to children (including any in which the penalty is ‘time expired’), whether there have been any child protection concerns and the outcome of any enquiry or disciplinary procedure.
