Teaching Assistant

Thrive Education is looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to join our supply pool, supporting schools in and around Cheltenham.
At Thrive, we don’t just plug gaps, we match you thoughtfully with schools where your skills and approach can "thrive". You’ll have the flexibility to choose from ad-hoc days, short-term cover, or longer-term placements across a range of settings.
What You’ll Do
- Support pupils in class, small groups and one-to-one
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and learning activities
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Who We’re Looking For
- Caring, proactive individuals with experience in education or related roles
- A positive, adaptable approach and excellent communication
- Full DBS or willingness to obtain one
