Class People are recruiting Learning Partners to support pupils across primary, secondary and SEN schools in the Forest of Dean. This role suits someone who can offer calm, patient and consistent support to children who benefit from an extra layer of guidance in the classroom.
The Role
As a Learning Partner, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support
Help pupils stay focused, understand tasks and build confidence
Assist children with SEND or social and emotional needs
Use positive behaviour strategies and encourage emotional regulation
Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive environment
