Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in the Forest of Dean?

Class People are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the Forest of Dean from September 2026.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and wants to make a genuine difference to their learning and development.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff, providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs. You'll help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly within an SEN setting.
Has a good understanding of supporting children with additional needs.
Is patient, caring and adaptable.
Can build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
Is confident working as part of a wider school team.
Has a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
