Learning Partner – Gloucester

Class People are recruiting Learning Partners to support pupils across schools in Gloucester. This role suits someone who can provide calm, consistent and practical support to children who benefit from an extra helping hand in the classroom.

The Role

As a Learning Partner, you will:

Work 1:1 and with small groups to support learning

Help pupils stay focused, understand tasks and develop confidence

Support children with SEND or social and emotional needs

Use positive behaviour strategies and promote emotional regulation

Work closely with teachers and support staff to maintain an inclusive environment
