This is a great opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in their education career, or an established HLTA looking for a new challenge in the new academic year.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting pupils across the classroom, leading lessons and activities, delivering small-group interventions and providing additional support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA.
Holds HLTA status or has relevant experience working at HLTA level.
Is confident supporting and leading learning across the classroom.
Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Is adaptable, reliable and passionate about education.
Has experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs (desirable).
