What Will You Be Doing?

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils throughout the school day, working alongside teachers and other school staff to help children get the most from their education.

Depending on the school and role, you could be:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
Working with small groups
Supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs
Helping deliver interventions and learning activities
Assisting teachers with classroom tasks and preparation
Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Helping pupils develop confidence and independence

Every school is different, so we're looking for TAs who are adaptable and happy to get stuck in.

What We're Looking For
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Previous experience working with children or young people
A positive, reliable, and flexible approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development
SEN experience is beneficial but not essential for all roles
