About the Role

Class People are recruiting SEN Learning Partners to support a range of schools across Gloucester. This role is focused on providing consistent, individualised support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring they are able to access education in a way that works for them.

You will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils both academically and socially, helping to create a structured and inclusive learning environment where progress is achievable and recognised.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs
Support a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
Assist in adapting learning materials and classroom activities
Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
Build effective working relationships with pupils and staff
Monitor and report on pupil progress and wellbeing
Candidate Profile
Experience working with children or young people, ideally within education or SEN
A calm, adaptable, and reliable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to supporting inclusive education
Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential
