SEN Teaching Assistant – Gloucestershire

Are you a caring, patient and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child’s education?

Class People are working with schools across Gloucestershire to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants who can provide consistent, supportive help to pupils with additional needs.

The Role

As an SEN TA, you may be:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Working with children with autism, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties

Helping pupils engage with learning and classroom routines

Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour

Working closely with teachers and SEN support staff

Roles are available on a supply, short-term or longer-term basis.

Have experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting)

Are calm, patient and reliable

Enjoy building positive relationships with pupils

Can adapt to different schools and routines

Are committed to supporting inclusion and progress
