Supply Teaching Assistants – Flexible Opportunities

Thrive Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across a rural area of Gloucestershire.

We are looking for individuals who are happy to work on:

• Ad hoc / day-to-day bookings
• Short-term placements
• Longer-term roles

This is a great opportunity for those who value flexibility while making a real difference in the classroom.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 (depending on placement)
• Working alongside class teachers to help deliver engaging lessons
• Providing 1:1 or small group support where required
• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children (essential)
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• Ability to travel independently — drivers are strongly preferred due to limited public transport links in the area. However, if you are limited to public transport, we would still welcome a conversation and see how we can help!
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential
