Teaching Assistant - Upminster

Interaction Recruitment are really pleased to currently be working with a great school in Upminster in their search for a Teaching Assistant.

This role would require someone with previous teaching assistant experience, and the key responsibilities of the role can be found below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting student learning

• Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce key concepts

• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as directed

• Help with classroom management and organization

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in working with children

• Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
