Are you passionate about supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our team, providing tailored support to students both within the community and at our centre.
The Role
You will support children and young people with SEN by helping to create positive learning experiences that meet their individual needs. This role requires patience, empathy, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Requirements
We are seeking individuals who have:
- Experience working with children and/or young people with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A patient, understanding, and adaptable approach
Desirable Qualifications
Ideally, applicants will hold:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Relevant SEN training and/or experience
