The Governing Board are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant with a positive outlook and who has high expectations of the pupils whom they are supporting. The role will be varied to include a mix of classroom TA, 1:1 support for pupils with SEN/EHCP, intervention work, and pastoral supporting children coming in to school as required.
In addition to the Teaching Assistant contract, the successful applicant will also have a contract as part of our OPAL play team supporting pupils at lunchtime.
The two contracts total 23 hours and 45 minutes per week, which is 8.30am to 1.15pm Monday to Friday, term time only. Both are permanent contracts.
The post will commence on 1st September 2026.
The closing date for applications is Tuesday 30th June at 9am and interviews will be held on Monday 6th July. The position is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks and the successful completion of a 6 month probation period.
