Learning Partner – The Cotswolds

Class People are seeking Learning Partners to support pupils across schools in the Cotswolds. This role is ideal for someone who brings patience, consistency and a calm presence to children who benefit from extra support in the classroom.

The Role

As a Learning Partner, you will:

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups

Help children stay focused, understand tasks and build confidence

Work with pupils with SEND or social and emotional needs

Use positive behaviour strategies and encourage emotional regulation

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
