Must have’s

• Proven experience in phone-based sales
• Experience selling regulated products within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confident objection-handling and closing ability
• Highly target-driven with a strong desire to earn and succeed
• Ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge

Nice to have’s

• Experience within insurance or financial services sales
• Familiarity with consultative sales techniques

• Speak with customers to understand their needs, priorities and budgets
• Provide expert, consultative advice on suitable insurance solutions
• Use internal systems to generate quotes and compare available policies
• Clearly explain policy benefits and guide customers through their options
• Confidently handle objections and convert enquiries into successful sales
• Deliver excellent customer service while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
