Must have’s
Previous experience in a telesales role
Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner
Target-driven approach with excellent organisational abilities
Nice to have’s
Background in outbound sales or lead generation
Experience using CRM systems
So, what will you be doing?
Conducting outbound calls to engage both new and existing clients across the UK
Developing strong client relationships and identifying sales opportunities
Promoting services and converting leads into successful sales
Keeping accurate records of all interactions and activity
Working towards daily KPIs, including call targets and conversion rates
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
