Must have’s
Proven experience in phone based sales
Experience selling regulated products in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and listening skills
Confident objection handling and closing ability
A target driven mindset with real motivation to earn and succeed
Ability to learn quickly and build strong product knowledge
Nice to have’s
Experience in insurance or financial services sales
Familiarity with consultative sales techniques
So, what will you be doing?
Speak with customers to understand their needs, priorities and budgets
Provide clear, consultative advice on suitable insurance solutions
Use internal systems to generate quotes and compare available policies
Explain policy benefits in a simple and engaging way
Handle objections with confidence and turn enquiries into sales
Deliver excellent customer service while consistently achieving and exceeding targets
