GlosJobs.co.uk Link & Latte Referral Scheme - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Link & Latte Referral Scheme (the "Scheme") offered by GlosJobs Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Scheme, you ("Referrer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility:
The Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
3. Referral Process:
To participate, you must refer potential clients ("Referred Party") to the Company using the designated referral method: fill in the form on the bespoke landing page.
The Referred Party must be a new potential client who has not previously engaged with the Company or someone who has not advertised with the Company in the last year.
The Referred Party must provide their explicit consent to be contacted by the Company.
Spamming or unsolicited referrals are strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is valid.
4. Reward (£10 Voucher for Costa or Marks and Spencer for both parties):
Upon successful completion of a "Qualified Referral" (as defined below), both the Referrer and the Referred Party will receive a £10 voucher from Costa or Marks and Spencer, depending on your choice at the time you complete the form.
"Qualified Referral" is defined as: A new recruitment advert has been uploaded onto the GlosJobs.co.uk website, either by self-upload or by emailing in the advert and the payment for the service has been agreed, at time of advertising. The referral code should be quoted at the time of advertising, to confirm voucher claimed.
The vouchers will be digital and will be redeemable at Costa or Marks and Spencer.
The voucher value will be £10 and may be subject to change at the Company's discretion.
Vouchers will be distributed within 5 business days of a Qualified Referral.
Vouchers will expire after 6 months.
The Company reserves the right to substitute the reward with an equivalent alternative if necessary.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Data Privacy:
The Company will collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy www.glosjobs.co.uk/policies and GlosJobs Ltd ICO Licence: ZA037657.
By participating in the Scheme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of administering the Scheme.
You agree that you have obtained the necessary consent from the Referred Party to share their contact information with the Company.
We will only use the data provided for the purposes of the referral scheme.
6. Scheme Modifications and Termination:
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on its website.
The Company may disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
7. Limitation of Liability:
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Scheme.  
The Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

10. Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and GlosJobs Ltd regarding the referral scheme.


Basically…

Anyone can refer a friend or contact that is recruiting currently or in the near future.
If the recruiter company has not advertised on GlosJobs.co.uk for over one year or has never advertised on GlosJobs.co.uk, when they send in or upload a new job advert, and payment terms are agreed, both parties will receive a voucher for £10 to be spent at branches of Costa or Marks and Spencer.
Referrers must only refer people they have a relationship with, and who have given permission to be contacted.
All referrer and referred data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and our GlosJobs Ltd ICO Licence: ZA037657. The name and contact details will not be shared with anyone else.
