Must haves

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points 
  • Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair 
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to continue developing technical skills

Nice to haves

  • Previous experience within a main dealer workshop environment
  • Experience working with manufacturer standards and processes

So, what will you be doing?

  • Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
  • Diagnosing faults and resolving both routine and non-routine vehicle issues 
  • Conducting road tests where required to support diagnosis and repair work 
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately 
  • Following workshop processes and manufacturer standards at all times 
  • Maximising productivity while maintaining excellent quality standards 
  • Participating in regular training and development activities to expand your technical knowledge
