Are you a seasoned Tech and Engineering recruiter with a strong passion for building high-performing teams? We’re looking for someone confident, motivated, and ready to step into a pivotal role during an exciting time at Datasource.
Datasource is a leader in IT and Technical recruitment. We specialise in supplying some of the most
prestigious and respected Defence, Government and Technical companies.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Help with our team of recruiters, supporting their development
- Act as a client manager, nurturing and growing existing accounts in line with IIP our Investors In People environment
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in our STL team, providing key performance updates and market insights
- Maintain a high standard of delivery across permanent and contract hiring in the tech and engineering space
Hours & Commitments
- Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm (onsite, 4 days per week)
- One in three Wednesdays: 8.30am – 6.30pm

- Proven experience in technical or engineering recruitment
- Confident team leader with a people-first approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment
