Our client, a leading consultancy in the highways sector, is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Transport Planners to join their expanding Transport Planning & Infrastructure team in Bristol. As part of a thriving office, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of transport planning projects for public and private sector clients. This is a permanent opportunity for motivated individuals to contribute to significant growth and development within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site appraisals and site promotion
- Preparing transport assessments and statements
- Developing travel plans and sustainable mobility strategies
- Carrying out junction and network modelling
- Engaging in development and infrastructure planning
- Data analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Stakeholder engagement and client communication
Job Requirements:
- Experience in transport planning within the highways sector
- Good interpersonal communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise projects effectively on a day-to-day basis
- Motivated and ready to get involved in key projects
- Commitment to instilling high standards of work and building strong client relationships
