Van Assistant - Volunteer

Are you open to volunteering? Could you give us a minimum of 4 hours a week?

Located just off the bustling Bath Road, the boutique British Red Cross Furniture & Electrical shop in Cheltenham is both popular and well supported.  We have regular customers and dedicated volunteers who really make a difference.

We are looking for volunteers to work alongside the Van Driver in collecting and delivering furniture in and around the Cheltenham area. This is a really important role in servicing donors and customers and, in making the shop profitable, raising money for the charity. 

If you are someone who can help load and unload furniture (including heavy/large items), is calm, practical, enjoys being part of a team and interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you.   We usually run the van 3 set days a week and are looking for people who can commit to a morning or afternoon slot.
