Retail Volunteer

Love a good charity shop and have a passion for animals? We are looking for friendly and organised volunteers to help in our Stroud charity shop.

What you’ll be doing

• Shop Volunteer – welcoming customers and answering their questions, serving on the till, and making sure the shop floor is tidy and looking its best.
• Stock Volunteer – sorting and pricing donations, steaming clothes and making sure the shop is tidy and looking its best.
• We are also looking for volunteers to help with books, checking puzzles and board games, repairing donated clothes, researching antiques and collectables, and creating displays. Please let us know if you have any special skills!

What you’ll need

• Great communication skills and a friendly manner for helping on the shop floor
• Organised with an eye for detail when helping in the stock room
• Good at working in a small team
