Waiter Waitress

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our new family-run restaurant opening at the end of March at Gloucester Docks. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the start, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including tables and service areas.

• Assist with setting up and clearing tables.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a polite and professional manner.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
