Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Cheltenham
Term: Full Time (following probationary period)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am to 6pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be expected to provide an excellent delivery experience for all
customers by receiving and sorting parcels for shipping into the correct addresses (UK and
oversees) and ensuring accuracy within any of the parcels (including but not limited to quality
checking and stock control).

Main roles and responsibilities:
- Receive deliveries of goods and supplies
- Keep stock management up to date
- Prepare products for dispatching (at times cleaning / fixing products under guidance)
- Check for damaged or missing items
- Store goods in an organised manner
- Move stock around by hand with care
- Pack orders and produce labels
- Prepare delivery pick ups / drop parcels for delivery across the UK
- Keep records of stock
- Keep paperwork up to date
- Travel will be required to pick and/ or deliver goods
- Clean work areas in line with Health and Safety standards
The position will at times entail the warehouse operative to carry out tasks which are not exclusive
to the above.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Previous intake or despatch experience is essential
- Previous stock management experience is essential
- Previous bodyshop experience (preferential)
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Previous experience within automobile related industries beneficial
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Good all round communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ad hoc overtime responsibilities

Job Duties:
- General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
- Perform general warehouse duties in order to maintain a smooth operation
- Receive/process shipments
- Multi-task and prioritise different tasks with varying deadlines
Salary: £12.50 per hour
