Due to continued expansion, our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their state-of-the-art facility in Gloucester. This is a pivotal role bridging the warehouse and production departments, focused on driving operational performance, improving efficiencies, and developing a high-performing team.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will have the autonomy to shape the function, implement improvements, and make a tangible impact within an industry-leading organisation known for its stability, staff retention, and long-term progression opportunities.

You will oversee a busy warehouse operation handling over 300 orders per day, ensuring the seamless movement of goods from production through to dispatch, both across the UK and internationally. Your focus will be on maintaining smooth processes, enhancing team performance, and supporting the company's continued growth.

The Role:

Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations
Drive efficiency and collaboration between warehouse and production teams
Oversee order fulfilment for 300+ daily orders
Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Develop, mentor and grow a high-performing team
Contribute to overall operational strategy

The Candidate:

Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory leadership
Background within production or manufacturing environments
Strong organisational and people management skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Based within commutable distance of Gloucester
