Goods-In Operative
Bristol Monday to Friday, 4pm to 12am Temp-to-Perm

The role

We're looking for a Goods-In Operative to join a busy warehouse team. You'll be sorting, booking, and moving goods through the site, working closely with a small team to hit daily targets.

What you'll be doing

• Sorting incoming items by customer, type, and service
• Logging items in using our in-house system (full training given)
• Moving stock to the correct area for processing
• Carrying out quality checks, you'll need a sharp eye for spotting differences across items (full guidance given)
• Keeping pace in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple tasks
• Working as part of a 5 person team to hit daily goals
• Following instructions from your supervisor

What we're looking for

• Reliable, good timekeeping and attendance
• Comfortable working at a fast pace
• Keen to learn the process properly, not just the basics
• Confident using a PC
• Able to communicate clearly with the team and supervisor, this role requires clear verbal and written English for safety and accuracy reasons
