Our client, an Employee Owned Trust, who offer high quality products and services and have a strong client-focused approach are currently recruiting for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their growing yet close-knit team on a full time permanent basis. This will be from their stylish and modern offices based in Cheltenham.

As Sales Administrator you will provide administration support to all members of the team and contribute to the smooth running of the office as a whole. With the understanding that no two customer’s needs are the same, our client have built many long-time relationships through providing specialised solutions for each customer.

To be considered for this position you will ideally have some office experience however, our client are happy to look at candidates from all backgrounds as long as you are willing to get stuck in and work alongside other members of the team and have good Microsoft Office skills. This company have ambitious growth plans and would like to offer the successful candidate the opportunity to develop alongside this.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure the showroom is ready for clients
-Answer all incoming enquires via telephone and email
-Welcome clients into the office, being on hand to the sales team where required when meetings are taking place
-Order inputting and order processing
-Checking when orders are received, informing the sales team of any progress and highlighting any issues
-Producing quotations
-Assisting with the coordinating of deliveries to warehouse and to client where required
-Resolve any issues with damaged, incorrect or missing items
-Assist with the daily running of the office including answering phones, taking messages, ordering stationery and kitchen supplies, booking hotels and transport where necessary

Candidate Attributes:
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
-Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
-Organisational skills with good time management
-High degree of self-motivation and ambition
-Remain calm and work well under pressure

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm 

Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum, depending on experience + excellent company benefits including company bonus and pension scheme, holiday allowance of up to 25, birthday off, day off to volunteer for charity, life insurance 2 times salary, critical life cover 1 times salary, Christmas shutdown, and free parking

Hours Per Week: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
