Must have’s
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email and messaging)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Good attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
• Prior experience within a customer service or administrative role would be highly advantageous.
Nice to have’s
• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, administration or operations support
• Experience working in a fast-paced service or operations environment
So, what will you be doing?
• Planning and scheduling daily appointments for service engineers and tanker operatives
• Allocating jobs based on engineer availability, location and skillset
• Monitoring workloads and helping optimise routes where possible
• Updating and maintaining scheduling systems
• Ensuring job information and appointment details are accurate
• Preparing reports and supporting the wider operations team
• Adjusting schedules to accommodate urgent jobs, delays or cancellations
• Liaising with engineers and customers to keep everyone informed
