The Role
As an Assistant Client Manager / Accountant, you’ll manage your own portfolio of
friendly, ambitious business owners — but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work
within one of our dedicated client teams, supporting a Senior Client Manager who will
guide, mentor, and train you as you grow in confidence and skill.

You’ll have plenty of independence and autonomy day-to-day — handling accounts,
building relationships, and delivering excellent service — but always with the backing of
an experienced manager and a supportive bookkeeping/admin team.

Because this portfolio is with slightly smaller clients and more focused, you’ll have the
time and space to build strong relationships with each client and deliver a ‘wow’
customer experience.

You’ll help clients stay on top of their accounts, make smart financial decisions, and feel
genuinely cared for — not just “processed.”

Over time, as your confidence grows, you’ll have the chance to get more involved in
value-driven services like Profit First implementation, cash flow planning, and
business improvement support.
