Disability Assessor - Homebased and Office Based

Disability Assessor Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists - Homebased and Office Based

£37,500 - £42,000 (earn up to 48k OTE with a 10% bonus scheme + 5% approval bonus)

Location: Gloucester

Hybrid roles available across south England.

Full Time (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)


Essential Criteria:

• Registered healthcare professional (NMC/HCPC registration required).
• Minimum of one years post-registration clinical experience.
• Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
• Experience working with complex health condition.

Role Overview:

• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate claimants' health and/or work capabilities via phone and face-to-face assessments.
• Review Evidence: analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
• Compile Reports: Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Example Tasks:

• Interview claimants to understand their health conditions and daily challenges.
• Review medical records and write comprehensive reports.
• Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.
