We are a trauma‑informed charity (#1010582 ) offering compassionate, relational support to children, young people and families who have experienced adversity, emotional distress or barriers to accessing help. As demand for our service grows, we are looking for skilled therapists to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team.
We welcome applications from Counsellors, CBT practitioners, DBT‑informed therapists, EMDR practitioners and Creative or integrative therapists with child/YP experience, who are passionate about working creatively and collaboratively with young people.
You will provide 1:1 therapeutic sessions, contribute to family‑focused support, and help young people build safety, confidence and emotional resilience.
This is flexible, sessional work paid at £28 per hour, ideal for therapists who value autonomy, skill enhancement reflective practice and a warm team culture. Many therapist work with us alongside their own practice to gain professional experience and development .
