Must Have’s
- Proven account management or client-facing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and sound decision-making ability
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and achieving performance targets
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Nice to have’s
- Experience working with clients in service-led industries (e.g. marketing, media, tech, or B2B environments)
- Understanding of Health & Safety and sustainability principles in business
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders or high-profile accounts
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking/reporting KPIs
So what will you be doing?
- Managing a portfolio of clients while fostering long-term, productive relationships
- Supporting the wider commercial team in achieving sales and retention targets
- Leading projects to ensure high-quality client delivery from planning to completion
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development
- Attending client meetings and providing hands-on support when required
- Championing best practices in health, safety, and sustainability
- Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs with a focus on client satisfaction
