Location: Quedgeley
Pay Range/details: £25,000 - £26,000

Our client is looking for a team member to work in their busy Customer Success team

Customer Success Advisor

* Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and communicated back to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount.
* Inputting orders into the ERP System.
* Order Management.
* Being a main support to the Sales Administrative Team by processing all requests in a time-efficient manner and able to liaise between various departments successfully.
* Managing complaints in a timely, professional manner with communication to the customer being key.
* Ensure a highly professional manner is always taken whether on the telephone or email.
* To answer incoming customer service calls

Qualifications & Requirements - Customer Success Advisor

* You will have previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment.
* You will display an excellent level of attention to detail.
* Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
* Fantastic customer service skills via email and over the phone
* To be a motivated and positive team player.
* Excellent IT skills.
