We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Customer Service Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Avonmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a customer-focused team, where your communication and organisational skills will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in the service department
- Book in vehicles for service, repair, and maintenance
- Liaise with workshop staff to ensure updates are communicated clearly
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Raise job cards and invoices accurately
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Skills and Qualifications for a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor
Essential
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service-based role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and the ability to use internal systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Desirable
- Experience working within an automotive or commercial vehicle environment
- Knowledge of vehicle service processes
