Finance Business Partner - SG323

Stroud

Outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful, sizeable organisation as Finance Business Partner, in another newly created role within the team, designed to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Partnering with site operational managers you will provide financial & business support to drive increased profitability and improved processes.

Primary responsibilities will be the preparation of quality monthly management accounts with insightful analyses, review of & assistance with commercial tenders, and forecasting & budgeting co-ordination. All the usual good stuff that you'd expect.

The keys to your success however will be...how you build strong cross-functional working relationships particularly with operational management, how you improve the quality of the management information to improve decision-making, and how you think & act commercially.

Genuine platform to make your mark and progress your career in a business, which despite its size is not overly hierarchical, that offers real exposure to the Board & senior management, and that actively encourages ideas & initiatives.

We're looking for someone who will embrace the above, someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, someone who likes that that each day is different. Oh, and someone who is very much a hands on, team player.

Some relevant management reporting and commercial exposure is sought. Qualification would be great, but isn't a pre-requisite. Sector experience not so important. Personality and commercial outlook is key.

Salary: £45,000-£55,000
