Job summary

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Safeguarding co-ordinator and administrator with a proven track record in delivering a high-quality service along with excellent communication skills. You will be flexible, a good team player and have an eye for detail. Are you able to coordinate responses from team members to provide assurance against delivery of an action plan? If so then we would love to hear from you.

This is a new role within the ICB Safeguarding Team, the post is required to provide high quality business and personal secretarial and administration support for the Head of Safeguarding and the wider team. The postholder will be coordinating returns, reports, and briefing papers on behalf of the team for various audiences. The role will help organise the team to deliver against workplans, and action plans from statutory safeguarding reviews ensuring that there is traction to deliver these recommendations.

Main duties of the job

It is an exciting time to be joining the ICB Safeguarding Team with new roles and additional capacity to deliver the statutory duties of the ICB.

This role is for 37.5 hours a week, for the right candidate a minimum of 30 hours would be considered.

Due to hybrid working, applicants are invited from all areas, with an understanding that the successful candidate will be required to attend some meetings in person. The team have a weekly team office day, therefore it is expected that at least one day per week the post will be based in our Bristol offices.
